About The Role
Winton’s Bar Back is an integral part of the Winston’s outdoor dining experience. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and team work, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the inventory, anticipating restocking before depletion to ensure a seamless bar experience for the guests.

About The Role
Winton’s Bar Back is an integral part of the Winston’s outdoor dining experience. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and team work, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the inventory, anticipating restocking before depletion to ensure a seamless bar experience for the guests.
What You Will Do
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all interactions
- Ensure bar is stocked with proper inventory, garnish, glassware, etc. and monitor continuously for restocking, changes kegs
- Maintain cleanliness in bar area
- Assist bartender with monitoring guests, promptly removing dishes, glassware, etc., responding to guests’ requests
- An engaging personality and a positive attitude towards all tasks
- A willingness to work hard and learn more
- Background in luxury F&B service is an asset
