The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Door Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Door Attendant reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for making the first impression of the guest a welcoming one.
We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- This individual will be handling guest luggage, assisting guests with taxis/limousines/cars, and providing various information to guests
- Additionally this person will ensure the smooth flow of traffic in their designated areas.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Solid knowledge of the location, and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability
- This individual must be able to lift heavy objects and be comfortable withstanding all weather conditions
- Excellent communication as well as guest contact and organization skills
- Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Service Passion
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
