Department & Position Summary

Out in the open are restaurant with a lake side and golf course view PB&G offers our guest a relaxing and unique dining experience.  PB&G’s diverse offerings range from fresh Florida seafood to incredible small plates and expertly crafted light salads, sandwiches and flat breads.

The Bartender position is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Bartender assures each bar guest is greeted promptly, courteously and graciously with eye contact, and a smile. The Bartender provides resort guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons Resort standards of service. The Bartender must have complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service. Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities. Bartenders are expected to read each table and adapt to the guests creating a customized experience. Bartenders are required to maintain high level of cleanliness, organization, and stoking at the bar. The position will also be expected to execute same level of food knowledge and sequence of service as restaurant servers.

Four Seasons Orlando is seeking candidates who have a minimum of 3-4 years of Food & Beverage Experience, and previous experience as a bartender. Candidates must already possess legal work authorization for employment in the United States.
