Four Seasons Resorts Lanai is looking for a People and Culture Office Coordinator to b e the consistent representative for the Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort, People and Culture Office. This individual will provide the People and Culture team with administrative support. As well as providing all staff with important People and Culture expertise and guidance with day to day questions. They will Respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant, or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Other essential function of the job:

Lead the day-to-day office duties of the Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort People and Culture Office

Be a consistent presence at Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort People and Culture Office.

Fill in as needed at Beach Resort People and Culture Office.

Respond to all People and Culture Inquires with a professional and caring manner.

Maintain and update all employee files and records in Workday.

Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references, and processing new hire paperwork.

Maintain and update all electronic and paper employee files.

Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information, and medical files.

Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff.

Coordinate Direct Line Meetings, Coffee Chats, Ohana Check-ins, and other employee events/training.

Order and maintain departmental supplies.

Run monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from Workday.

Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.

Assist with Office, Resort, and inhouse employee mail

Attend Weekly People and Culture Meetings at Beach Resort

Other duties as assigned by Director/Assistant Director of People and Culture
