What are the responsibilities and job description for the People & Culture Coordinator position at Four Seasons?
This position provides support and clerical expertise to People & Culture and responds to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform administrative skills according to Four Seasons standards. Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork. Maintain and update all records. Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff. Workday and Microsoft knowledge strongly preferred. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete all payroll records for proper signature. Run monthly, quarterly and annual reports from HR system. Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events. Check HR internal mailbox and post outgoing HR mail. Assist with quarterly locker checks.
