Hourly Rate: $19.15/hr plus gratuities

We are looking for a Pueo Driveway Attendant who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Guest Services Management Team. Work authorization for this location is required.

Responsibilities

Creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests by welcoming them to the hotel and safely parking their car in the hotel or local garage. Assists Door Staff by opening front door when not parking cars. Assures that guests’ departure is swift by retrieving guests’ cars in a timely manner.

Knowledge and Skills

Education:

High School education or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Previous experience required in customer service. Hotel/Resort experience highly

preferred

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Requires working knowledge of activities and points of interest in Maui. Able to drive standard and automatic vehicles; must have a clean driving abstract. Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment.

Licenses or Certificates:

Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract

Hours Required :

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
