Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco overlooks Yerba Buena Gardens and is located just steps away from the City's Financial District, Union Square shopping, the Moscone Convention Center, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Contemporary Jewish Museum, amid the city's finest cultural and dining venues. We are actively searching for an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Residences Concierge at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco & Private Residences! The Role - Overview The role of the Residence Concierge is to assist with Residents and their guests of the exclusive Four Seasons Residences with arrangements within and outside the Hotel. The Residence Concierge must be able to respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. Essential Functions This list is not all –inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility. Provide accurate information to residents and guests in a courteous manner; fill all resident requests or requirements; anticipate resident needs Know, communicate effectively, and sell activities available in the area, ie. theatre, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for guests Handle residence floor guests and vendors check-ins/check-outs Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts Pre-register, block, cancel and secure future reservations following hotel policies and procedures Properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxes Maintain the Residence Concierge desk, office and storage areas in an orderly manner Utilize the hotel computer system and phone system effectively Qualifications & Experience Have excellent customer service and guest contact skills Minimum two years’ experience in the same or similar role required. Prior Concierge or Hotel Concierge experience is preferred.
