The Hotel Assistant Manager is a central part of the Front Office Team. This position primarily oversees the Front Desk team, but will also assist with managing the Guest Services, Front Drive and Housekeeping teams. The primary objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth and pleasant experience from booking through departure. The Hotel Assistant Manager ensures that staff are highly trained, motivated and supervised. As the first impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. This position reports to the Front Office Manager. We are looking for an individual who anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Hotel Assistant Managers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, sound problem-solving ability, proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems including Opera, good business acumen and a passion for service. About You: High attention to detail and custom service skills Previous experience of 2 years required in the Hospitality Industry and Rooms Division, preferably with at least one year in supervisory role and Front Desk knowledge. Strong business acumen, work ethic and communication skills. Ability to develop and grow employees into Supervisory and Management positions. US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
