Four Seasons Hotel George V Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions. The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel's 5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere. We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Gouvernant (M/F). The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country A fluent level of French and English are required. Position based in Paris. Preferred Qualifications and Skills We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills. Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment. Essential Functions Checks the work flow according to the priorities of the day of each member of his team. Control all the rooms on his/her floor (departures, recouche, vacancies, etc...), and make sure that all quality criteria are respected. Organize his/her day according to priorities and knowledge of the clients. Request technical interventions as required and ensure proper follow-up of room maintenance. Ensure the follow-up of specific customer requests (extra pillows, iron, shaving kit, mirror...) Ensure the proper maintenance and cleaning of the furniture Control the state of cleanliness of the storerooms, pantries, corridors and public and common areas of the hotel. Control the clearing of tables and trays in the room service In case of a found object, immediately call the Security Department to register the object and respect the procedure. Respect the procedure of the customers reserves (recording with the departure of the customer and return in room with the arrival)  Process customer requests (update profile) Keep the Assistant informed of all customer complaints in order to carry out a quality follow-up.
