Residences Intern The Private Residences Intern responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the resident’s needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. The ideal candidate would be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, as also referenced below: Responsibilities: Food and Beverage Assist with order management, taking and delivering orders to Residents in the lounge, poolside, or in-unit Assist in quality checking order prior to leaving the kitchen, as well as after delivery by engaging with Residents while in the lounge Focus on presentation standardization between dishes and poolside cabana/daybed/lounge set up Aid in inventory management and organization, working with the on-duty Public Area Attendant Public Areas Support Public Area Attendants with common area cleaning, dish room maintenance and dry cleaning management for both employees and Residents Inspect and report areas that need attention so that proper specialty projects and be completed, or schedule with third party vendor Keep Housekeeping storage areas tidy and correctly stocked, and closed at all times when not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order. To be responsible for reporting any malfunctioning equipment Anticipates residents’ needs and takes ownership of concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure satisfaction. Offers a special personalized touch when an opportunity is presented Concierge/Bell Person Handle all Owner interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special request whenever possible; seek any opportunity to prevent owner glitches, assist in all enquiries in connection with the Residence services and facilities Assist residents with luggage, transportation requirements, deliveries, parcels, wine deliveries, groceries, etc. following instructions as specified Respond to requests for resident and guest valet parking needs Answer telephones at the residences concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiums Manages and provides access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/resident’s service providers and visitors, based on advanced authorization, assists with vendor/contractor scheduling, verifies identity and provides appropriate residence access for vendor/contractors and resident’s service providers. Controls entry doors and elevator/lift access Events Support the Lifestyle and Culture Coordinator with summer event planning Run turn-key, white-glove events and all daily operations. Oversee the events’ development processes, from initial proposal phase to onsite (and off-site) implementation Act as a local Ambassador. Promote lifestyle and residences in the long run through invaluable real-life connections using unique portfolio of partners and contacts Qualifications: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience Fluent in English, reading and writing. Spanish would be considered an asset. Computer proficiency Detail orientated, extremely organized, self-motivated, and creative Ability to work outside, moving between indoor and outdoor areas throughout shift Ability to communicate to residents, vendors, contractors both verbally and in writing Reasonable problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
