Essential Functions:
· Collaborate with the Director of Training to identify training needs throughout designated region.
· Ensure trainers are training effective management techniques.
· Work with trainers to drive key training initiatives that help support the company goals.
· Work with each trainer to ensure the stores have all necessary tools and resources needed to successfully train all new employees.
· Identify and implement creative ways to demonstrate new product launches while engaging the teams you serve.
· Provide oversight to trainers and General Manager trainees throughout, on how to operate a Dairy Queen restaurant including how to cook and prepare food, portion sizes, running the register, opening, and closing procedures, how to identify theft, making bank deposits, crew training material and customer complaint resolution.
· Identify training support for team members, shift managers, and assistant managers at each assigned location.
· Assist with all training aspects of new store openings leading up to opening day, on opening day, and thereafter.
