Position Overview : The
Restaurant Shift Manager
provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
Must successfully pass a background check.Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
