Job Summary:

Fowler Health Care is a small 45 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Fowler, CO. We are seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all financial and Human Recourses of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all the financial aspects of the business -

Duties:

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business decisions
- - Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll

- Billing of Medicaid, Medicare and Private Insurance.
- Conduct profit loss analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- Perform account reconciliations and financial reporting

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Proficiency in strategic planning and fiscal management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights for decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
