FedEx Delivery Driver

Compensation:

• $700-800
• Paid weekly (Friday)
• Paid vacation
• Paid holidays

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at work by 8:30 am.
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
• Follow routes, and time schedules.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle.
• Complete logs and reports accurately.
• Follow DOT regulations and all safety standards.

Skills: (Required)

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver, and or Commercial driving experience (preferred but not required).
• Will train qualified candidates.
• Ability to operate vehicles in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good driving record with no recent traffic violations.

Requirements:

• Must have a good attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Must not have any felonies, misdemeanors, or pending charges.
• Must be 21 years of age, or above to apply.
• Must have a valid drivers license for at least 2 years.
• Proven working experience that includes driving as a primary duty. You must have some type of work-related driving experience to be qualified.
• Experience must be on the following:
• 6 month's experience in the past year.
• 1 year's worth of experience within the past 3 years.
• 3 year's worth of experience within the past 5 years.
• 5 year's experience within the past 10 years.
• Some weekends are required. FedEx Ground operates 6 days a week, working weekends is a requirement. We rotate days within our schedule. During peak season ( Nov. 27th -Dec. 25th) 6 days is mandatory due to Peak season requirements.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday with ability to work 1 weekend day if needed.

Pay: $700.00 - $850.00 per week
