Fox Dealer is a digital marketing company that caters to the automotive dealer community. We are currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator. This entry-level position will focus on the day-to-day financial operations of the company and will report to the Director of Finance. In this role, one can expect to have daily communication with customers & vendors and address any questions. You will have a significant role with the timely preparation of the monthly financial statements for the company. Attention to detail is a must, as you’ll be asked to reconcile bank statements and review financials for accuracy.
Responsibilities:
* Accounts Receivables - contact customers with past due invoices and post payments
* Accounts Payables - record expenses and draft payments
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports
* Monthly Reconciliation of accounts
* Verification of incoming orders from the sales team
* Assist with the organization of accounting documents/records
* Data Entry
Qualifications:
* Familiarity with QuickBooks Online / Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite / Salesforce
* Knowledge of digital marketing/media a plus
* Knowledge of the automobile industry a plus
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
* Exceptional organizational and record keeping skills
* Maintain strict confidentiality of company financials
* Self-Starter / Flexibility in a fast paced environment
Education and/or Experience:
* Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred
