Help develop meaningful KPI's and drive accountability through tracking and dashboards. (S)he will also perform ad hoc analysis to support the strategy for Procurement & Machining teams. The position will also work closely with the Fox Finance and Accounting team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Help facilitate and improve the processes for recurring reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis for Supply Chain, Procurement & Machining leadership
- Work with large amounts of raw data and turn it into simple, easily digestible executive-level presentations
- Support the development of Procurement's annual operating plans, data validation and reporting
- Provide tracking & meaningful insight to the financial impacts of Procurement initiatives including tracking KPI's - PPV, inventory, budget, stds.,
- Support data collection and consolidation required to understand cost savings initiatives' effect on key program margin
- Develop reporting to help track & manage key attributes like EOQ's, Lead Times, Supplier Ratings & others
- Consolidate data from various ERPs and sources to create unified views
- Help identify opportunities for growth, improvement and strategic initiatives
- Research and prepare economic reports on subjects such as global commodities, logistics and labor rates indices

Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent required
- 5 years' experience working with complex data and data visualization
- 5 years' experience Supply Chain / Procurement (Manufacturing Supply Chain preferred)
- 5 years' experience in cost accounting / finance
- Highly Advanced Skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP or BI software/tools
- Proven ability to creative problem solve and propose solutions, not just identify problems
- Aptitude to quickly and efficiently learn new systems and processes
- Ability to multi-task and balance simultaneous projects
- Self-Starter that can interface & effectively work with across functional teams & departments - Finance, Operations & Sales leadership
- Be passionate, optimistic and energetic
- Travel <10% of time
Preferred Requirements/ Qualifications:
- MBA or Masters 1 year applicable experience also acceptable
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry
- Experience or understanding of machining centers & anodize centers
- Experience with Oracle and/or Power BI software/tools
- Experience in building operational or strategic models
- Experience in graphic design, marketing, content creation, or other creative field
