Full Job Description
Help our service department coordinate the field activities of the service division. The Service Coordinator communicates directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate communication of job or project status and requirements.
- Experience:
- Answering Phones and Dispatching, 2 years (Required)
- HVAC Service Dept, 2 years (Required)
- Ordering HVAC parts from supply house, 2 years (Required)
- Knowledge of HVAC system components and operation (Required)
Must have working experience working in a HVAC office
*Handle incoming calls from customers and schedule service technicians accordingly
*Handle client inquiries and concerns
*Order parts from vendors
*Follow up with customers and vendors
*Maintain up-to-date client account information
*Must be capable of multi tasking
*Strong computer and organizational skills
*Ability to interact with customers and co-workers
*Excellent phone and communication skills
*Field experience a plus
