Inventory & Mobility Device Manager

Fox Pest Control is looking for a motivated individual who can work in a dynamic environment as an Inventory & Mobile Device Manager. This position will be responsible for Inventory Management for the company and will manage and monitor our mobile devices. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders to ensure: ordering, inventory, correct usage, deployment, and return of all our devices. This position is full-time and will work a consistent schedule Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays on-call is required.

A day in the life of an Inventory and Mobile Device Manager

• Manage Fox’s Inventory for accuracy and availability
• Timely ordering of new IT hardware, iPad devices, and office supplies
• Managing mobile devices and monitoring them using MDM software
• Keeps records of all financial transactions and assists in budgeting
• Receives and returns packages
• Supporting Fox Pest Control employees with the installation/configuration/administration of Mobile Device Applications
• Communicate with stakeholders concerning mobile device needs and data usage.
• Create and manage data reports for IPAD usage
• Ensures that procedures and policies with regards to mobile devices adhere to organizational values and goals enabling staff to be successful.
• Maintain and create positive relationships with vendors and internal users, and negotiate with vendors for acceptable hardware prices
• Aiding our IT department with any One-Off projects
• Assisting, creating, and developing technology policies and procedures

What is needed to be successful?

• Some Google Suite and Excel experience (required)
• Experience managing/monitoring mobile devices (required)
• High School/GED or better (required)
• Administrative and inventory management skills (preferred)
• Ability to research the best pricing and product for our needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Will handle sensitive and proprietary information with complete confidentiality
• Ability to learn software systems quickly (MaaS360, Hexnode, Vorex)
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of inventory and records, with excellent organization skills
• Ability to participate in problem resolution, quick to learn and take charge, a self-starter
• Time management and prioritization
