Service Manager

We're seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to supervise, train, and evaluate technicians while planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures while upholding Fox Pest Control's core values in all duties.

What we offer

• Base pay 60k-75k - DOE
• Additional compensation available, including bonuses, commission, and more PTO after just 30 days for Full-time individuals

A Day in the Life of a Pest Service Manager

• Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control Industry, including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management.
• Work closely with the branch manager and office personnel
• Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians
• Plan, coordinate, and initiate company policy and procedures
• Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least 10 individuals
• Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others
• Effectively incorporate Fox Pest Control's core values within the Branch
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• Must have experience in pest control or with pesticides
• Minimum of 2 experience in leadership
• Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations
• Previous sales management experience is preferred
• Exceptional customer service and retention skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills, including route management
• Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties
• Required to obtain a commercial pesticide license
