Position Summary: As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles to appropriate locations based on customer needs. You will also communicate any delays, changes on site, damage, etc. to appropriate customer service team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles to appropriate locations based on customer needs.
  • Communicate any delays, changes on site, damage, etc. to appropriate customer service team member.
  • Perform morning crew check-in calls to confirm crew is on time for each job scheduled.
  • Print paperwork daily, review paperwork scope of work to confirm details are clear and all contact information is on order, confirm all required paperwork is included based on job type or account requirements, and send paperwork to each QBP prior to leaving for the day.
  • Review each job for the following day with QBP by noon each day and send an email recap to each QBP & U52 of jobs prior to leaving the office each day. Any changes should be sent via email to update the team.
  • Prior to leaving for the day, confirm there is a plan for each truck to be loaded so it will be on schedule for the next day's delivery.
  • Track paperwork to confirm it is returned within 24 or 48 hours depending on account requirements, audit paperwork for accurate completion, and scan paperwork into RedSky.
  • Keep track of paperwork - SIT, TWC, etc. - waiting for final deliveries, plan ahead, and close off days as needed. Discuss any upcoming large job with QBP's at least a week in advance to confirm coverage.
  • Responsible for all Company's equipment servicing & compliance, maintenance, and keeping logs.
  • Responsible for CPA scores - monitoring and implementation of any improvement needed.
  • Exemplify high level of safety and positive leadership.
  • Work with the warehouse manager to schedule daily warehouse labor, plan and control warehouse cost.
  • Conduct daily operation meetings - review day page, day off, and following day.
  • Other job duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
