Company DescriptionMultifamily Property ManagementJob DescriptionThe Assistant Community Director is fully accountable in assisting the Community Director with the day-to-day property operations, and managing the asset to meet the client's expressed operational and financial goals. Assists with the supervision of on-site staff, which may include: Resident Services Coordinator(s), Compliance Specialist(s), Leasing Manager, Leasing Consultant(s), Maintenance Supervisor(s), Maintenance Technician(s), Make-Ready or Rehab Technician(s), Groundskeeper(s)/Porter(s), Painter(s), and Cleaner(s)/Housekeeper(s).Minimum Pay Rate (hourly)  - $22.00 Maximum Pay Rate (hourly) - $24.00QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management.High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
