Location: Remote (preferrably based out of TX or MA) Key Responsibilities: CPG AI/ Analytics Consulting on Sales Transformation, Digital Commerce, Revenue Growth Mgt. etc.) for Fortune 500 CPG and Retail clients globally with focus in Modern trade markets. Formulate the strategy, vision, and execution plan AI projects for CPG and Retail companies, leveraging Digital and technology. Be the point SPOC for leading the engagement from an onsite perspective – navigating conversations across tech, engineering, AI and domain. Work with the offshore India team to brainstorm on delivery of the project and solutioning. Conceptualizing and designing analytics services for CPG and Retail companies in the area of Sales Transformation or Revenue Growth Mgt or Digital Commerce, etc. Lead large teams on AI projects for leading CPG and Retail clients. Build Relationships with Industry and client senior leaders and help build capabilities and work as an analytics translator. Success Profile: You have a demonstrated track record of leading and delivering CPG analytics engagements within new and existing CPG/Retail accounts for pure play analytics services, while consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual goals. You have strong commercial acumen that you can execute on to manage and grow revenue. You are an effective and credible storyteller with a strong ability to map client challenges to internal capabilities and can link those conversations back to business outcomes. Someone who is an all in one on skills – AI Engineering & Tech CPG Domain You have excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills allowing you to engage client audiences ranging from technical implementers up through Business and Technology C-levels. You thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere, while defining issues/hypotheses, performing complex analysis, and assisting with preparation and recommendations of solution alternatives. You have demonstrated experience of leading large teams located globally, and are seen as a natural people leader, while effectively managing account growth goals. Someone who comes in with 10 years of experience in the AI / AI consulting space Pay: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $132,000 - $217,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Benefits: As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave.
