The Customer Support Administrator provides customer support by assisting with internal sales procedures. This position is responsible for managing documents, updating internal and client facing reports, interfacing with our ERP system (Syteline). This position requires the ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Inputs and maintains customer purchase orders.
• Generates customer reports (Inventory, Needs reports, Component Shortage reports, stability reports, etc.)
• Creates and maintains customer item numbers and BOM (bill of materials) in the ERP system.
• Daily data maintenance in the ERP system 
• Updates, tracks, and files forms; Micro/Stability waivers, item transfer forms, material scrap forms, etc.
• Packs out and ships samples for prospects and customers
• Inputs and communicates customer shipping requests.
• Assists Account Manager & Account Specialist to support the needs of customers.
