Headquartered in Danbury, CT, Frameworks is a premier consulting company offering outsourced business and consulting services focusing on supporting clients’ operational and strategic needs within their medical, legal, regulatory and/or promotional review committee (“MLR/PRC”) processes. 

Job Summary
At Framework Solutions you will have the opportunity to work with the leaders in Commercial Operations.  We have over 20 years of experience working within the Life sciences and BioPharma space.  Framework Solutions is expanding their service offerings and this position will be a key role in developing our managed services support.  This candidate will have the opportunity to work across the Veeva Suite of products supporting configuration, implementation projects, and post-production activities.  The role will primarily support Veeva’s Commercial Cloud and the supporting applications providing key data to and from Veeva CRM. 
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage all CRM related projects to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Lead business process discovery workshops to ensure clients requirements are clearly articulated and captured
  • Act as subject matter expert to provide solutions that range from CRM eco-system to force.com platform
  • Participate in integration discussions and facilitate mapping sessions with business systems owners
  • Articulate the benefits of Framework solutions commercialization platform that provides alternatives in commercial operations functions in support of CRM
  • Ensure proper handover to the support desk for seamless transition for managed services
Qualifications   
  • Experience working with life sciences customers (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical/diagnostic devices)
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM or products built on Force.com
  • CRM certification preferred
  • At least five (4-5) years’ CRM experience, minimum 2-3 years in Veeva
  • Strong knowledge of Life Science (Pharma) –Sales Business Process
  • Deep understanding of CRM eco-system; legacy applications; integration landscape and ETL workflows; data migration
  • Ability to analyze the CRM Data and develop data migration plans from legacy systems into Veeva platform
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams as well as independently
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative on defining where improvements can be made
Nice to have   
  • PM Certification
  • Experience with ticket tracking systems and support desk functions
  • Experienced in Force.com applications, API, Apex, data loaders
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
  •  B.A or B.S. Degree
