What You Can Expect

• Create and maintain multiple provider/ancillary schedule templates.
• Respond to clinic template change requests.
• Perform quality assurance check on provider/ancillary schedule templates to identify template, scheduling and or capacity issues, recommending potential resolutions.
• Monitor utilization and demand metrics, making recommendations for patient capacity needs.
• Enforce access standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support revenue cycle by successfully monitoring capacity supply and demand for department and physician templates
• Provide on-call and after-hours support
• Position can be remote after completion of training
• 8 hour shifts with an on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma/GED
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration (Business) or healthcare related
• 5 years Healthcare contact center, physician office, or patient access experience required
• Preferred certification in Epic-Cadence
