STARLIMS is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, and serves clients operating in a wide array of regulated industries, including but not limited to pharmaceutical manufacturing. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, you will be an essential component of the Quality team that enables STARLIMS to deliver to best-in-class software and services, and a best-in-class quality management system. The job will principally involve:
· Evolving a quality management system adapted to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001;
· Representing STARLIMS in audits with certification agencies and clients;
· Conducting internal compliance audits;
· Responding to customer questionnaires or other requests for information;
· Reviewing quality agreements with clients;
· Gaining a deep understanding of the company and working with colleagues across the organization to create, implement, and enforce process; and
· Identifying opportunities for process improvement with the company.
You have:
· ISO 9001 expertise
· Ideally, at least ISO 27001 proficiency
· At least 5 years of relevant experience
· A proactive attitude, a sense of ownership, and a proclivity for taking initiative and figuring things out
· Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and auditors
· Ability to take ownership of multiple projects and to balance and communicate priorities
· Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural and multinational team
· Prior experience working within a software company
