JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Community Liaison, you will be responsible for consistently creating brand awareness for Francois Bend, and making best efforts to achieve goals for resident census.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Sales experience with a proven record of closing.
Ability to think strategically to assist in the development of effective marketing plans.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and residents.
Assist Director of Marketing in closing sales by assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and educating them about how Francois Bend’s services and programs can meet their needs. Respond promptly to emails, telephone calls or in-person inquiries from all referral sources, prospective residents, and families. Provide appropriate community and company information to anyone who inquires.
Utilizes sales processes, systems, and forms for external sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
Assist in sales calls to meet or exceed the established goals for professional leads per week as set by the community marketing plan. Contact sources include legal and financial professionals, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, retirement communities, clergy, medical insurance providers, and other local community contacts.
Develop and maintain relationships with and generate leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources on a weekly basis.
Assist in coordination and implementation on monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events as specified by the community marketing plan, Executive Director, and Regional Sales management. Follows up and executes sales processes with all leads from events.
Researches and provides recommendations for content and delivery of brochures, flyers, press releases and other forms of media that promote the community services.
Maintains working knowledge of the lead management system and uses system to maximize sales effectiveness.
Maintain marketing giveaways for referral sources and ensures all marketing supplies and material are readily available
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills; ability to develop relationships with prospective new residents and their families and overcome sales objections.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff
Ability to represent the community in a positive, professional manner at community events.
Possess an understanding of senior lifestyle and interests and have a passion for working with seniors.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in computers and relevant software applications; familiarity with CRM lead-tracking systems.
Possess reliable vehicle to travel within the city to perform outreach and promotion of community
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Punctuality and regular attendance required.
Provide localized input into the composition of copy and/or editing of all marketing materials for corporate publications, signage, or advertising.
Develop a pool of new prospective residents by using a variety of on-line and off-line lead-generation tactics.
Plan and execute traditional customer-based marketing, inviting prospective residents and their influencers/decision-makers into the Community for lunch/visit.
All new leads generated must be handed off to Director of Marketing, ensuring that each sales contact is timely, appropriate, and effective.
Use the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for tracking all potential residents and their families, updating contacts, and assigned to Director of Marketing. (ALIS)
Research and track local competitors to be knowledgeable of their pricing/special offers.
Provide the Francois Bend Team with a weekly report summarizing sales efforts & tracking of all progress regarding lead conversion.

Represent Francois Bend and the Community in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.

Maintain personnel, resident and business proprietary and/or confidential matters/material in strict confidence with management of the community (and/or other company staff as needed).
