Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Compliance:
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Review plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand the scope and requirements of the project.
- Verify that materials and workmanship meet the standards set by local, state, and federal regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections, including photographs, written reports, and checklists.
- Report findings to contractors, engineers, and project managers, providing recommendations for corrections or improvements.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and technology, including tablets, cameras, and software applications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
