Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team and oversee our online sales strategies for a multimillion dollar product portfolio. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the overall customer experience on our e-commerce platform.

Duties:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
- Manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer reviews. Interpret market signals to validate new product opportunities or competitive threats.
- Analyze website performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online campaigns and promotions.
- Work with team leaders to oversee inventory management and ensure product availability.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite for content creation, Helium for Amazon insights and listing optimization, and email marketing tools for customer engagement.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques using SEO/SEM strategies to maximize sales.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong background in copywriting for effective communication with customers.
- Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript for website customization.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce tools and platforms to enhance online sales performance.
