The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a Temporary Accounting Clerk position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote sales and client retention through excellent customer service by performing administrative, general accounting, financial reporting, and auditing functions.

1. Prepares and keeps financial and business transaction data up-to-date, applying accepted procedures, and prepares reports to ensure accurate accounting records.
2. Performs complex clerical and entry-level accounting activities.
3. Assists with accounts payable processing and the monitoring of accounts receivables balances.
4. Compiles and checks source documents, such as vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and cash receipts, for completeness and accuracy, and prepares reports.
5. Verifies and posts details of business transactions to appropriate ledgers, journals, and processing systems.
6. Files and maintains clerical records, and reports pertinent information to accounting and bookkeeping or technical operations.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include one (1) year of related accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required.
