Marketing Coordinator

Are you interested in design? How about the built environment and how it shapes our community? Well, if you answered YES then FSB Architects Engineers has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator. This position requires a strong team participant to support a wide array of marketing functions. A marketing background in architecture, engineering or another professional services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and developing materials for project proposals, including writing, editing and formatting proposal information, and ensuring that proposal material is accurate, timely and well written.
• Experience with SF330 proposals preferred, but not required.
• Coordinates, assembles and prepares materials for client presentations and interviews.
• Participates in developing Digital Content.
• Shares the responsibility of developing and maintaining marketing resource materials and information - brochures, photographs and general records.
• Assist in tradeshow graphics, events and printed collateral.
• Cultivate the company’s overall strategic message and brand.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in print layout and design.
• Experience working with WordPress.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads (open office environment).
• Excellent ability to multi-task, responding to constantly changing needs and schedules.
• Desire to contribute as part of a team and able to collaborate successfully with others.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Graphic Design, Public Relations or Communications (or comparable experience)
• Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in a marketing position (with a design or professional services firm will be a plus)
