Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and either: A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services; or B) Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university with an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and two (2) years of experience in customer service/human services.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: (Copy of driver’s license must accompany application) Candidates/incumbent must possess a valid New York State Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to the County’s insurance carrier at time of application and throughout employment, or demonstrate the ability to meet the travel demands of the position.
