Description
Responsible to fill the stators with the slurry mix and ready for the oil cure.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Meets daily production schedule as assigned.
- Load the cart with 10 stators and fill with slurry mix.
- Check the slurry level and install overflow cups.
- Clean the carts.
- Change out the O-rings.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.

- Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
- 6 months or more experience working in a manufacturing type position (preferred).
