Franklin Elevator is looking for a candidate with 3 or more years experience working in a grain facility and with supervisory experience. This individual will be responsible for grain receiving, grading, loading, and storage. Other responsibilities include supervision of employees at this location, interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner, performing routine equipment maintenance, maintaining stored grain quality, and promoting a safe work environment.

This position is Monday through Friday except at harvest. During harvest, this position is expected to work extended hours plus weekends.

Franklin Elevator is a privately owned country elevator with 3 locations that have been serving central Illinois for over 65 years. We offer several benefits including a 401(k) plan, a profit sharing plan and health insurance. Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
