POSITION SUMMARY
The NetSuite Architect is responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using both the NetSuite environment and integrated systems. As a member of the Support and Delivery team, you will manage the day-to-day development life cycle of the client NetSuite ERP environment and partner closely with Finance, Operations, Technology, and other internal teams. You will be responsible for the architecture and design of complex solution components to include integrations, custom development, and process automation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement creative solutions to business problems and processes by using out-of-the-box NetSuite functionality, and customizations, scripting, and workflows
- Provide NetSuite technical context to discussions about business needs to ensure that native system capabilities are used wherever possible
- Build accurate reports/searches as requested by team members
- Manage configuration changes to custom records, fields, workflows, scripts, roles/permissions, forms, saved searches, and reports
- Key techno-functional person to maintain, extend and support the NetSuite instance for growing business needs
- Prepare process mapping documents, data flow diagrams, test cases, etc. as needed
- Assist in designing, recommending, and implementing best practices as it relates to NetSuite
- Work cross-functionally with in-house teams like operations and finance through strong communication skills, both written and oral to understand business requirements and provide solutions in NetSuite
- Manage relationships with outside NetSuite consultants
- Ability to write scripts from scratch in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 and maintain existing scripts
- Experience developing business processes and implementing them in NetSuite using NetSuite workflows, custom records, and integrations
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform day-to-day NetSuite administration tasks and will be responsible for creating solutions for complex business needs in NetSuite
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years NetSuite administration, design, and development experience
- NetSuite Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Advanced Revenue Management and Manufacturing module experience
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- An understanding of financial statements and how the financial statements interact with each other in NetSuite
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload
