We are partnered with a leading legal firm to hire an Applications Support Analyst whose primary role is providing day-to-day technical support and maintaining software applications, with a focus on practice management, word processing, templates, legal research, and document management systems.
What experience do you need?
- Proficiency with Office 365.
- Proficient in managing Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Strong experience with a diverse array of Legal and Business applications, such as iManage Desksite/Work 10, various Litera products, Adobe Acrobat DC, Chrome, Edge, Office add-ins, Zoom, and MS Teams, is a prerequisite.
- Experience working with attorneys, project managers and case teams on litigation matters, providing computerized support to help attorneys plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present their cases in a more cost and time-efficient manner.
- Proficient in printer setups and management of printer drivers.
- Azure experience is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of user profiles, encompassing both local and roaming configurations.
- Familiarity with light application packaging utilizing management suites like Microsoft Configuration Manager is advantageous.

- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
