Associate Director of Enrollment: MPAS & DPT Admissions Coordinator

Job Summary:

Our Enrollment Management department are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join the team. As an Associate Director of Enrollment and MPAS & DPT Admissions Coordinator, your joy of working with prospective college students and experience in recruiting and academic advising will be welcomed. Your proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office products will benefit you for maintaining the database and connecting with student applicants.  As part of this position, you will be meeting enrollment goals through travelling for the university, implementing strategic recruitment practices and successful recruiting candidates for our Master of Physician Associate and Doctor of Physical Therapy Programs.

Experience and Qualifications:

The skills and experience that you bring to the position include:

• A background in sales, marketing, communications, or management,
• Previous customer service experience is a plus,
• A comprehensive knowledge of enrollment practices,
• Previous university or college experience,
• Recruiting in the higher education landscape, particularly at the graduate level using CAS enrollment systems (desired),
• Great planning and organizational skills,
• A Bachelor’s degree,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work some early mornings, nights or weekend as necessary
• Travel for the University as required.
