We are actively seeking a Dorm Parent to join our team to help ensure the effectiveness of the student’s experience.

This position requires the individual to live on campus for the year. We will provide all living expense’s*

Responsibilities :

• Help assisting with children ages 8-16
• Making sure children are up and ready in the mornings
• Observe and manage children
• Supervise and implement safety standards
• Ensure all children are well behaved and acting accordingly
• Provide instructions and expertise to helping the children succeed
• Ensures proper inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Supervise and coordinate throughout the day alongside with helping out in places that need extra assistance

Qualifications :

• 1 year of childcare or similar
• Must be willing to live on campus
• CPR certified (We can provide if need be)
• Strong supervisory skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Multitasking skills
• Communication and verbal skills
