```Job Summary:
We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The Healthcare Assistant will provide support to healthcare professionals and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience in sales administration and customer service.
Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and documenting patient information
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Provide administrative support, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Assist with sales administration tasks, such as processing orders and managing inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Experience in retail sales or a similar industry is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
