Job Summary:

As a Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and track budgetary targets and financial performance metrics.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements as needed.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, assess risks, and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of financial reporting.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
