Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Project Manager to the CEO to join our team. This role revolves around spearheading diverse projects and offering comprehensive administrative support to optimize the CEO's productivity. Its core focus is on managing an array of project-centric responsibilities and administrative duties at the CEO's direction. Additionally, it involves overseeing the CEO’s schedule, preparing for meetings, handling post-meeting tasks, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the organization to streamline the Executive's activities, while upholding confidentiality, integrity, and unwavering support for Frazer's core values, goals, and objectives. This position is expected to actively live out Frazer Core Values while working with Frazer employees, vendors, and customers to help achieve team, department, and corporate goals. Responsible for learning and reinforcing safe and proper work procedures while actively following Frazer Safety programs and other policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
What Does a Week in the Life of the Project Manager to the CEO Look Like?
- Project management in close partnership with the CEO.
- Create and maintain advanced to expert level spreadsheets and data compilation.
- Independently initiate and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people.
- Conduct comprehensive research and gather information, presenting concise summaries, analyses, and reports.
- Cultivate positive and strategic relationships across all organizational levels.
- Oversee Executive’s calendar, time commitments and conflicting demands.
- Arrange travel plans as required.
- Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of Executive.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Secondary Duties:
- As time allows, assist other staff and executives with administrative tasks.
- Observe and follow safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong Google Suite and technical skills, proficiency in Google sheets.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
- Four or more years experience as an executive assistant or project assistant.

Of course, we didn't forget salary… Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $60,000-$80,000 annually depending on education, certifications, and experience.
Work Schedule
The Project Manager to the CEO will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Possible hybrid remote schedule may be acceptable. Occasional evening/weekend work may be needed to accommodate the CEO’s schedule.. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
