Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

What You'll Do
- Review for accuracy, all incoming Auto, Property and General liability Incident claim forms submitted
- Request claim information needed from managers.
- Assist managers with completing claim forms.
- Report claims to the insurance company, if needed.
- Follow up on existing Auto, Property and General liability claims.
- Receive and log certificates of insurance from vendors and contractors.
- Receive requests for insurance certificates from the dealerships or affiliated companies and banks that require proof of insurance. Submit those requests to our insurance companies.
- Assist in review and preparation of policy renewal.

- Previous Insurance Claims Or Legal Experience Helpful But Not Required.
- Ability To Prioritize Deadlines
