Meat/Service Fish Counter Clerk:
o Perform duties as listed on daily tour sheet
o Open the section
o Sell meat and fish
o Maintain cases/cooler and work area between customers, including stocking, restocking, loading ice, finishing, closing, and cleaning
o Answer telephones
o Make, stuff, and wrap meat products
o Cook meat samples
o Prepare self-serve: pre-wrapped fish
o Stock frozen load
o Tray fish for the next day
Customer Service:
o Provide information on products to aid customers in purchasing meat and seafood
o Communicate mealtime solutions to customers
o Understand merchandising of the department floor
o Monitor daily/weekly sales, goals, and opportunities
o Maintain the condition of the sales floor
