Fredonia Place of Williamsville is a looking to add compasionate and dedicated resident care aides to our team.
As a Resident Care Aide, you will make a difference each day by caring for the residents in our assisted senior living community with a memory care unit.
*** $1,000 sign on bonus ***
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care
- Laundry
- Make beds
- Keep rooms tidy with light houskeeping
- Encourage participation in activites
- Assist during meal time
- Keep residents safe and engaged
- Notify nurse on duty of any changes in behavior or health
- Use point click care software for daily documentation
