Responsibilities:

Expected to fulfill multiple job responsibilities as assigned including front of house and back of house duties
Greet guests with a smile
Provide fast and efficient service with a sense of urgency
Provide “loved on” service: guest feels welcome, appreciated, and feels you truly care about their experience
Keep the service line constantly clean and presentable to showcase the quality of our food
Assigned service line duties
Perform basic back of house duties like food preparation and dishwashing
Follow proper delivery and online order standards including proper portioning and packaging
Assigned cashier and food handling responsibilities
Read the Freebirds monthly communication
Complete training modules in a timely manner

What to expect:

Work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Provide exceptional guest service
Uphold Freebirds cleanliness and sanitation standards
Maintain Freebirds recipe standards through food prep and cooking execution
Work multiple positions during a shift
Requirements:

Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Certification upon hire
Must be at least 16 years old
Consistently work hard and be on time
Able to stand and be active for extended periods which may be at least 8 hours per shift
Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 lbs. frequently
Manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
Within 90 days, you are expected to successfully complete defined certifications and test training validations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
