Freedom Concrete Coatings specializes in crafting sophisticated and durable floor systems. In your role, you'll be involved in various tasks such as preparing concrete, operating machinery, applying base coats, spreading chips, and adding the top coat. As our business expands, we are in search of an individual who shares our enthusiasm for the trade and is eager about our company's prospective growth.

Requirements:

Having prior experience is beneficial, but we're fully prepared to provide training to the appropriate candidate.

You should have reliable transportation to commute to and from work.

Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Your work schedule will encompass 5 days a week, with occasional weekend work.

Prepare for workdays that span 8-10 hours.

• Measure and cut substrates to fit the area to be coated
• Prepare and clean surfaces in preparation for coating installation
• Mix and apply polyurea coatings according to manufacturer specifications
• Inspect installed coatings for accuracy, completion, and conformance to product specifications
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs as needed

• 2 years of experience in concrete coating installation
• Knowledgeable in concrete coatings, application processes, safety protocols, and other related tasks
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and product specifications
• Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• US work authorization and successfully pass a background check
