Geodata IT, a subsidiary of Freedom Consulting Group, is currently hiring a Geospatial Data Manager to support an exciting program in Tampa, FL.
About the Role & Program
The Geospatial Data Manager will have at least 5 years relevant experience, as outlined below. This position requires shift work. Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude are required for success in this critical role.

Required Qualifications:
- You must have an active TS/SCI level security clearance
- Bachelor of Science Degree and five (5) years in a related field OR nine (9) years of experience in a database management field.
- The candidate should have the following qualities and experience:
- Experience with GEOINT Data Repositories, GIS Principles, GEOINT Data Standards, Release & Disclosure Policies, Database Access Procedures.
- Data Backup & Recovery Procedures, Data Storage Processes, Validation Procedures, Maintain an Enterprise Perspective, Data Preparation, Situational Awareness, Interpersonal Skills, Process Analysis and Improvement.
- Database Maintenance & Management.
- Domain knowledge specific to foreign disclosure of information, Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) training, and will be required to do Data Transfer Agent (DTA) training.
- The Data manager will ensure enterprise and network GEOINT data is organized, current, discoverable, authoritative, and consistent.
- Train and mentor analysts in the access and retrieval of GEOINT data, products, and services while providing exposure to associated GI&S systems and software applications such as Geospatial eXPloitation (GXP Xplorer) GEOINT Visualization Services (GVS) and ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Develop and maintain data workflows to support the two-way flows of data and information from NGA to data producers/consumers in the field.
- Develop and maintain a Data Standard Operating Procedure for all program data.
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Must possess or able to obtain Security Certification within 6 months of start.
