Sports Coach (Ninja/parkour/PE)

Freedom in Motion Gym is looking for people with friendly personalities who love working with kids and teens to be more active and discover a love for movement and play!

Never done parkour? Not a problem, so long as you have coaching experience or work well with kids, we will take you from no experience to a parkour coach in 4-8 weeks.

Along the way, we will teach you the basics of parkour and help you sharpen your ability to coach and communicate with others. Our existing staff is friendly, goal-oriented, and fun to work with.

Your focus will be helping others enrich their lives through the power of movement and play. In addition to your hourly pay, coaches make commissions on any new students who enroll after your session. Coaches also gain access to our gym for personal use. Our sales team will close sales for you, you make a commission for providing a great experience to students.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone with experience working with kids. Someone who is passionate about coaching and wants to make a difference in the lives of their students. We are looking for open-minded, flexible (both literally and figuratively), uplifting, and fun individuals.

Transforming the lives of your students also includes their parents, so being able to effectively communicate with mom and dad will be just as important as coaching little Jimmy. Lastly, we want leaders. Someone who takes responsibility for their position and really makes it their own. If anything goes wrong, your first thought is, “What can I do to improve the situation”.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

• Sports coaching: 2 years (Preferred)
