The Care Coordinator will act as a liaison between clients and caregivers, connecting with the client to determine specific care needs and coordinating with the caregiver to assure the ability to provide the needs and to fulfill the scheduling requirements as well. The Care Coordinator will work together with the client and caregiver to resolve problems that might arise and to handle immediate scheduling issues with the goal of providing the needed care during the regularly scheduled hours. The Care Coordinator will manage Meet and Greets between the client and caregiver on the initial date of service in order to achieve a congenial introduction.

The Care Coordinator will handle marketing, education, and perform presentations when needed .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
