The Product Marketing Enablement Specialist will assist in accelerating the adoption of new and enhanced commerce technology solutions to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience developing product-related content for external markets and customers, as well as communicating clearly across multiple levels of the internal organization.
The Product Marketing Enablement Specialist will use experience, creativity, and technology to identify solutions, craft the value and story, create content, and help launch new solutions to market. We are searching for a candidate with experience in a SaaS company, with a passion for collateral creation, sales enablement, and storytelling.
- Work collaboratively with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to generate compelling and relevant content for new and existing products and services, including presentations, case studies, product demos, and other materials.
- Work cross-functionally across the organization for go-to-market planning and execution. An understanding of market needs, product use cases, and value proposition will be critical elements in order to create messaging that will resonate with the market.
- Support the FreedomPay merchant-facing teams by collaborating closely with them in order to build a robust sales tool kit, and ensure our sellers are prepared with what they need to win.
- Conduct industry research to understand market trends, innovative solutions, merchant sentiment, and the overarching competitive landscape.
- Develop a programmatic approach in keeping existing products and services top of mind with content.
- Develop innovative ways to create awareness of our products/services beyond industry norms. Working internally with teams to create bespoke marketing activations, from developing live demos for a virtual or onsite meeting with a merchant, to collaborating with the Marketing team on customized exhibits at industry tradeshows, creativity will be key.
- Craft and present go-to-market strategy and deliverables to other teams and executives.
- 2-4 years of Sales Enablement, Marketing, and/or Product Development experience working with technology solutions
- Experience in a SaaS company
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, advanced in PowerPoint.
- Project management experience
- Superior writing and communication skills
- Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills
- Self-starter: you will be the driver of the products getting visibility and will have to have an entrepreneurial spirit to successfully work across multiple teams internally
- Proficient in other creative tools a plus: Adobe Photoshop, Lucid, video editing tools
